An ensemble holiday drama exploring fractured families, personal responsibility, and the complexities of modern relationships.
Set in the days leading up to Christmas, This Is Christmas follows a close-knit group of long-time friends as they gather for their annual holiday reunion. Beneath the surface of seasonal celebration, each man confronts unresolved personal conflicts—ranging from marital strain and separation to estranged parental relationships and questions of identity and responsibility.
As tensions rise and long-suppressed decisions carry significant consequences for their partners and children, the group is forced to examine the impact of their actions. What begins as a familiar holiday tradition becomes a turning point, challenging them to reassess loyalty, maturity, and the meaning of family.
Through intersecting storylines, the film offers a character-driven exploration of accountability, reconciliation, and the evolving definition of family in contemporary society.
